2026 Pickleball Tournament Registration

Use the form below to register each individual for the April 25, 10 a.m. Tournament sponsored by the Louisville Rotary Club to benefit local community projects.  

Location: Inside the Louisville YMCA, 1421 S Nickelplate St, Louisville, OH 44641

Details: Mixed Doubles Tournament in the following divisions:
- 3.5 below any age
- 3.5 below at Age 55+
- 4.0 and higher any age
- 4.0 and higher Age 55+
- High School Division

Cost: Early Bird $50 per team before March 15, 2026 or $60 regular registration after early bird deadline.
