Lease a US flag $25 for 6 Holidays
Join your neighbors and show patriotism by sponsoring the Louisville Rotary
“Fly the  Flag” project on the following six holidays: 
MEMORIAL Day, FLAG Day, Fourth Of July, LABOR Day,
CONSTITUTION Day and  VETERAN’S Day. (also up for 9/11)
The Louisville Rotary Club members will place a flag in your front yard a few days before the listed holidays.  A 3’x 5’ flag on a 10’ staff will be placed in a plastic anchor pipe permanently buried in your front yard. The anchor will be flush with the ground with a plastic cap when not in use.  The flag and staff will remain the property of the Louisville Rotary Club. You must live in the Louisville School District to lease a flag.     The flags will remain posted from Labor Day through 9/11 and Constitution Week.Support Rotary projects, such as:

1.  A project similar to our Metzger Park bathroom. 
2.  Sponsoring a foreign exchange student at LHS or St. Thomas.(This year - India.)
3.  Shelter boxes for Japan & Haiti  -  Basic survival equipment;   (tents, beds, food, water purification, tools, and a kitchen for 10 people)
4.  Rotary International’s campaign to eradicate Polio worldwide.    
5.  Punt, Pass & Kick, YMCA, Louisville Library reading programs for children.
